Is the free report actually free?
Yes. No credit card required, no automatic upgrade, no "free trial that becomes a subscription." You get a real first report (safety, noise, walkability, the amenities map, and the red flag titles) for any address worldwide. The paid tiers unlock demographics, full property comparison, all resident quotes, and personal fit scoring.
Are these one-time or recurring?
All three mover tiers, Single, 5-Pack, Mover Bundle, are one-time purchases. You pay once, the credits are yours, there's nothing to cancel. House hunting is a time-bounded activity, so subscriptions don't fit. Only agents stay on monthly plans because they use BYM continuously for their business.
Do my reports expire?
Saved reports stay in your account. Single Report gives 7-day saved access; 5-Pack and Mover Bundle reports stay forever as long as the account is open. You can re-read a report next year if the apartment is still on your mind.
What does "overage" mean?
Only agent plans have overages. If you exceed your monthly quota, additional reports are charged at the overage rate ($2.50 / $1.75 / $1.25 depending on tier). You can disable overages in account settings. Consumer bundles don't have overages: once you use your credits, buy another bundle.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. No setup fee, no per-page fee, no PDF export fee, no API limit fee. You don't get billed for failed reports (if our agents can't gather enough data, you don't get charged). Stripe handles payment with no markup.
Do you offer enterprise pricing?
Agency tier covers most relocation firms and mid-size brokerages. If you need more than 200 reports/month, white-glove onboarding, custom data sources, or API access, get in touch and we'll work out a plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA in Europe. Stripe handles checkout, so the same payment methods Stripe supports work here.
Refunds?
If you bought a bundle and a report didn't generate properly, email us and we'll refund within 24 hours. For agent plans, prorated refunds for the current billing period if you cancel within 7 days of starting. After that, cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. Past charges aren't refundable but your reports stay yours.
